WHAT WILL BE DISCUSSED??

MAKING THE ADJUSTMENT: 1 Chronicles 12:32 speaks of the sons of Issachar who understood the times and seasons and consequently knew what should be done. During this three-day virtual conference, we will provide empowering sessions that will inform and instruct leaders and workers on how to make necessary adjustments during this unique season in which we find ourselves.

Making the Adjustment Mentally – In this time of unprecedented uncertainty there are specific mental adjustments that must be engaged to effectively navigate unchartered waters with a sense of mental wellness and efficacy.

Homiletical Adjustments – Now that the overall landscape of ministry has dramatically shifted it is imperative to analyze new norms in culture and methodologies while delivering the uncompromised Word of Truth.

Making the Adjustment Pastorally – Our current pandemic has mandated that we revisit our understanding of the scope and thrust of pastoring. Discussion around strategic pastoral adjustments will be discussed at length and presented to ensure the success of pastors who must lead even in times of uncertainty.

Making the Adjustment Personally – Lessons are centered around individual adjustments in time management, relationship management, wealth building, and overall physical health.

Organizational Adjustments – Discussion is geared toward requisite adjustments in business and teams that lend themselves toward positive positioning for success.

Making the Adjustment Digitally – Given our current socially distant landscape digital prowess in ministry and business is a must. Great attention will be given to maximizing digital platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams as well as increasing and enhancing the Online Worship Experience.

Making the Adjustment Spiritually – How do we thrive spiritually in a season where there is so much uncertainty, change, and calamity? Best spiritual practices informed by the Word and guided by the Spirit of God will be discussed at length.

Requisite Ministerial Adjustments – In our current context the delivery, presentation, and thrust of ministry must be dynamic and responsive to its intended audience. Discussion is given to optimizing music ministry and youth and teen ministry as well as increasing the effectiveness of multi-generational sustainability.

Making the Adjustment Professionally – Are there necessary professional pivots that must be made in order to be optimally responsive and successful in this season? The art of professional reinvention and positioning that yields maximum results will be presented.
