Strategies for Instruction: Teacher Certification 2-Day Intensive

10:30 am – 12:30 pm

This course, which meets daily, teaches the teacher 150 approaches for impactful instruction and current pedagogy.  It is an interactive learning lab. Teachers will learn theory and be afforded the opportunity to demonstrate their expertise.

Building A Volunteer Ministry (Servant Leadership)

10:30 am – 12:30 pm

The future of the local church is directly tied to its ability to attract, equip, and unleash the potential of volunteers in the church.  This course will teach you how to attract and motivate potential volunteers to align themselves with God’s mission. Participants will learn practical steps to galvanizing volunteers within their ministry and utilizing the increased bandwidth to maximize organizational effectiveness exponentially.  


Ministering to Millenials

10:30 am – 12:30 pm

How can a church successfully engage the different generations in its congregation? This question lives in the minds of church leaders of all levels. This learning lab will increase understanding of the needs, culture, and language of each living American generation. The Millennial generation will be particularly explored with tools for how the church can effectively engage them.

God created people to serve, which is how they grow as disciples.  How you mobilize people to serve in ministry at your church is of the utmost importance.  In this course we show you what steps you need to take to create a volunteer system that makes people want to get involved and demonstrate how you can effectively tap into this critical resource necessary for ministry success.
