Strategies for Instruction: Teacher Certification 3-Day Intensive

10:30 am – 12:00 pm

This course, which meets daily, teaches the teacher 150 approaches for impactful instruction and current pedagogy.  It is an interactive learning lab. Teachers will learn theory and be afforded the opportunity to demonstrate their expertise.

Building A Volunteer Ministry (Servant Leadership)

10:30 am – 12:00 pm

The future of the local church is directly tied to its ability to attract, equip, and unleash the potential of volunteers in the church.  This course will teach you how to attract and motivate potential volunteers to align themselves with God’s mission. Participants will learn practical steps to galvanizing volunteers within their ministry and utilizing the increased bandwidth to maximize organizational effectiveness exponentially.

This learning lab will increase understanding of the needs, culture, and language of each living American generation. The Millennial generation will be particularly explored with tools for how the church can effectively engage them.

We invite you to join us in the practical and spiritual journey involved in the Worship Planning System as we demonstrate key principles necessary to maximize the worship experience of your church.

NAREB – Building Black Wealth Through Homeownership-Mini Learning Lab

Be a part of a national Economic Shift as we expose you to the National Association of Real Estate Brokers Building Black Wealth Through Homeownership Initiative: 2 Million New Black Homeowners In 5 years (2MN5). Come and learn how this national faith-based alliance will help your members become homeowners through education and free resources that will increase the African American Homeownership Rate in the US which is at an all time low of 41%. Pastors will also be exposed to development opportunities for affordable inventory creation that will also yield financial sustainability for churches.

This course entails an examination of  a Spirit-led systematic approach to worship that involves refreshing the vision, principles of worship from the Tabernacle, a rethinking of praise team and choir posturing, and the implementation of worship reformation.
