Strategies for Instruction: Teacher Certification 2-Day Intensive

10:30 am – 12:30 pm

This course, which meets daily, teaches the teacher 150 approaches for impactful instruction and current pedagogy.  It is an interactive learning lab. Teachers will learn theory and be afforded the opportunity to demonstrate their expertise.

Building A Volunteer Ministry (Servant Leadership)

10:30 am – 12:30 pm

The future of the local church is directly tied to its ability to attract, equip, and unleash the potential of volunteers in the church.  This course will teach you how to attract and motivate potential volunteers to align themselves with God’s mission. Participants will learn practical steps to galvanizing volunteers within their ministry and utilizing the increased bandwidth to maximize organizational effectiveness exponentially.

Ministering to Millenials

10:30 am – 12:30 pm

How can a church successfully engage the different generations in its congregation? This question lives in the minds of church leaders of all levels. This learning lab will increase understanding of the needs, culture, and language of each living American generation. The Millennial generation will be particularly explored with tools for how the church can effectively engage them.

The way you plan, implement, evaluate your music, preaching, transitions, offering, and the entirety of the worship experience is critical.  If you’re slack in your planning, the lack of it will be obvious. We invite you to join us in the practical and spiritual journey involved in the Worship Planning System as we demonstrate key principles necessary to maximize the worship experience of your church.

Evangelism is critical to what we do in our churches. We’ll never be able to bring unbelievers into God’s kingdom if we can’t first bring them through the doors of our churches!
